Trosečník was a reality show based on Survivor, broadcast on Prima TV in the Czech Republic. Trosečník was filmed on the islands Plataneras, Chivraleon and Mogo Mogo, located in the Pearl Islands of Panama. 16 participants competed for a prize of 5,000,000 CZK, initially divided in two tribes named Ještěrky and Krabi. The winner was Ingrid Golasová who was part of the nearly decimated Krabi tribe. When the tribes merged, she was one of only three remaining original Krabi tribe members, the others being Iveta Moravcová and Lukáš Gašpar. After Lukáš was voted out, the Ještěrky seven began to turn on each other. Ingrid and Iveta both made it to the final five, but then Iveta shocked everyone by suddenly quitting. Ingrid then proceeded to defeat both Hanka Mašlíková and Vlaďka Orlíková in the elimination challenge, making it to the final two with Ráca Racman. It is produced by Monster Entertainment and broadcast on TV 2 Jon Peder Olrud and Geir Bie were producers in the first season. The second and third seasons were produced by Ingvild Daae. The series premiered on TV 2 on January 15, 2006. Skal vi danse? in Norwegian means shall we dance?. Dancing celebrities with professional dancers and companies are reviewed by a panel of judges and the TV viewers. Each pair consists of a celebrity and a professional dancer and the one with the fewest votes does not participate in the next round. The series has had high ratings in Norway, with an average of between 600,000 and 700,000 viewers. The series was produced by Ashton Kutcher, Karey Burke, Rich Meehan, Jon Kroll, Jim Rosenthal and Jason Goldberg with RDF USA, the production company of shows like Wife Swap, in association with New Line Television, part of the studio that produced the film. No one among the show's main cast and crew were involved in the original film, nor were the cast and crew of the film involved with the series. It was announced on May 7, 2007, that the series would be pulled after three episodes. NBC subsequently announced on its website that a fourth episode would air on May 28, 2007.
