In this Flemish “game show,” a local celebrity issues a series of five themed challenges to a particular town or city, usually tasks which required a great deal of manpower and creativity. The inhabitants of the competing town or city have roughly six days to complete these task, ending in an event on Saturday afternoon where their efforts were judged, and symbolic "gold stars" were awarded for each task successfully completed.

The contestants are given new challenges every week: they have the opportunity to show their imaginative designs and technical skills, which are judged by the professional LEGO builder Dóczy Balázs Dóczy, the Master Builder of the LEGO® Masters and the professional jury of the contestants' creations. The players not only struggle with spectacular - and at the same time complicated - challenges, time, but also with each other. In 2005, several reality shows had been aired in Sweden on the commercial channels TV3, TV4 and Kanal 5, as well as on SVT, for a couple of years and produced quite a few celebrities in the process. TV3 took it on themselves to gather the most famous Swedish reality show participants from such shows, including Expedition Robinson, Big Brother, Baren, and so forth to run a restaurant in Drop Anchor, Goa, India. The show was never a big success on TV3.
