The show follows 10 contestants who compete to be the best cleaner in Denmark. Each week, the contestants are given a different cleaning challenge, such as cleaning a festival toilet, removing limescale from a bathroom, or cleaning up after a dog. The contestants are judged on their speed, thoroughness, and creativity. The winner of each challenge receives a point, and the contestant with the most points at the end of the season wins the grand prize of "Den Gyldne Rengøringsspand" (The Golden Cleaning Bucket).
