Owner Mike Ballard and a full cast of characters race against the clock to serve huge crowds at the Full Throttle Saloon, which is open from 9am to at least 6pm from early April through the end of October and 6:30am to 2am during the annual Sturgis Motorcycle Rally the first full week of August. The series marks the first time cameras have been allowed to capture every minute.
