Untalkative Bunny is a Canadian/British co-produced animated series about a yellow rabbit and its life in the big city The series consists of small episodes, and are aired by Teletoon, as well as Disney in many parts of the world including the UK & France. It no longer airs on Teletoon, having been cancelled after June 2005. The episodes usually deal with Bunny and the problems of a modern life in the big city, and often present surreal elements. The show is full of "modern life" elements, such as diets, vegetarianism, racism, and environmentalism.

Amby & Dexter was a small series of animated interstitials on Nick Jr. in 1997, created by Paul Fierlinger and his wife Sandra Schuette, and composed by John Avarese. The title is a play on the word "ambidexterity", meaning "the ability to use both hands", as the characters transform from a pair of hands.
Amby and Dexter are depicted as miniature bespectacled, dressed humans, free to move and think of their own accord. The two solve problems and never speak. Amby, the female hand, is playful and has a penchant for dancing to get from one place to another. Dexter, the male hand, is more serious and sometimes annoyed by Amby's antics, but never too bothered. After the two finished their task, they transform back into the original pair of hands.

500 years before Saiyuki, a heretic child with golden eyes is brought to Heaven and given into the reluctant care of a minor deity, Konzen, nephew of the Merciful Goddess, Kanzeon Bosatsu. The first nine stories were used in this series, as well as four brand new stories, devised by the creators: The Viking's Bequest, The Secret of Easter Island, The Alchemist's Will, and The Druid. New writers, mostly connected to the production company as writers, dialogists or translators, were asked to come up with original plotlines which used the characters of Jacobs' stories, respected the magical/scientific Universe, but rang interesting changes.
