    50/50 was a British children's game show that was broadcast on BBC1. It was broadcast from 7 April 1997 to 12 July 2005. Two schools in the UK put forward 50 students, each child given a number from 1–50 which they wear during the show, before each round a random number generator picks which students will take part in the next game. The t-shirt colours were originally green and orange but this was changed to blue and yellow. They sit opposite each other in raised seating while the game takes place in between them. Most of the children will not get an opportunity to play in a game, but there are question rounds and observation rounds where points are won by the number of correct answers. The games usually consist of inflatable obstacle courses similar to those found in Get Your Own Back, Fun House and Run the Risk.

    Gophers! was a Channel 4 children's programme about a family of American gophers who move into a new neighbourhood, called Sycamore Heights, living next door to a family of uptight but well-intentioned rabbits, The Burrows. There were many recurring jokes within this short lived show such as Arthur Burrows' vegetables planning a rebellion to escape his garden, a mad scientist ferret called Dr Wince, whose ambition was to conquer the world by obtaining a crystal buried in the Gophers' garden with the help of his reptilian servant Sly, and an alien in love with a zucchini determined to get home. Also there were Stereotypical "Mexican" cockroaches who lived in the Gophers' house or Trailer Park Mobile Home always trying to steal their food.

    A Thousand and One... Americas is an animated television series originally produced from 1989 to 1991 in Spain by BRB Internacional to celebrate the 5th centenary of Christopher Columbus' voyage to America. The series focuses on the adventures of Chris, a 10 year old boy, and his yellowish dog Lon. Chris accidentally discovers an old book at the attic which belonged to his grandfather, which he brought with him from his journeys. The book makes him and his dog drift through imagination to historical occurrences of different nations which lived in America before it was discovered by Columbus in 1492. The series has been dubbed and subtitled in English, Spanish, Serbian and Hebrew.

Philip has banned any use of magic in the house, yet the girls and Adil the Genie find ways to get themselves into trouble using Adil's wish granting powers. The mother is never mentioned, except on Adil's birthday when Philip mentions being a widower. As of March 2012, Genie in the House is now airing on the Starz Kids & Family cable network.
