The show aired on Wednesday nights at 10:30 PM on Comedy Central as a lead-in to their other news satire programs, The Daily Show with Jon Stewart and The Colbert Report. The show also aired in Canada on The Comedy Network. On March 10, 2009 a Comedy Central representative confirmed that Chocolate News would not be renewed for a second season.

    New York Goes to Hollywood is a reality VH1 series that consists of eight, 30-minute-episodes. New York Goes to Hollywood premiered on August 4, 2008. This spin-off of the I Love New York series, features Tiffany "New York" Pollard as she tries to find an acting job in Hollywood, California. In order to be an "established actress," Tiffany Pollard has to put her life aside to achieve her Hollywood goal by leaving her mother, Michelle Patterson, and George "Tailor Made" Weisgerber. The show is available on iTunes & the first episode was made available free for a limited time. A follow-up/spin-off season, entitled New York Goes to Work, premiered May 4, 2009.

Logo, a digital cable channel with LGBT content, originally broadcast the series in 2008 from February through March. Alec Mapa hosted each episode. Zach Rosen of the Washington Blade praised the series, describing it as "refreshing for its lack of sensationalism".

The show ultimately reviews Biblical stories, then tries to find proof for them by exploring the Holy Land looking for archaeological evidence, personal inferences, deductions, and interviews with scholars and experts. Subsequent to its original run on VisionTV, it was picked up in the U.S. by The History Channel and its sister network, History International. The third season began airing on Vision TV on March 22, 2010 and on History International on November 8, 2010.

    Grand Star, called La Compagnie des Glaces in France is a Canadian French Belgian Co-production science fiction television series playing on Space and A-Channel as of September 2007. Set in an apocalyptic future 100 years after a cataclysmic nuclear explosion on the Moon sends the Earth into a new Ice Age, the show revolves around the interactions between a small community of Earth survivors and the returning descendants of colonists who escaped Earth in advance of the disaster. The series is adapted from a series of novels called La Compagnie des glaces by Georges-Jean Arnaud. A multiplayer strategy game based on the universe of the TV series was launched in 2007. In the game, players face each other and use their trains to gather money for the control of energy sources. A French video game named Transarctica was also based on the novel series and haphazardly translated into English. The first novel in the series was translated in 2010 under the title The Ice Company by Jean-Marc Lofficier & Randy Lofficier IS

    Love Connection is an American television game show, hosted by Chuck Woolery, in which singles attempted to connect with a compatible partner of the opposite gender. The show debuted in syndication on September 19, 1983 and ended on July 1, 1994, after more than 2,000 shows. Reruns continued to air until September 8, 1995, and then the USA Network picked up reruns of the show the following Monday. The series was relaunched for one season in 1998 under the same title with Pat Bullard as host. Love Connection was produced by Eric Lieber Productions in association with and distributed by Telepictures, Lorimar-Telepictures, Lorimar Television, and Warner Bros. Television.

    My Fair Brady is a celebrity reality television show on VH1 that follows Christopher Knight, who played Peter Brady on The Brady Bunch, and Adrianne Curry, who won the first season of America's Next Top Model, a year after they met and fell in love on the reality show The Surreal Life. The show appears to have originated from a Season 4 episode of The Surreal Life, during which each cast member pitched a TV show idea to network executives. Adrianne's concept, which she called Beauty and the Brady, was a show about her and Knight's then-fledgling romance, in which she would attempt to convince Knight to marry her. Within that episode, Adrianne's idea was passed over in favor of that of castmate Da Brat, but the latter's show never came to fruition.

Also a Christmas special, Clash of the Santas, was broadcast in December 2008. It featured Colin and Howie taking a trip to Lithuania to represent the United Kingdom in a Santa convention. The main problem with this is that miserable Howie is picked as Santa, while true Christmas believer Colin is relegated to the role of cheerleading elf.
