The show also aired in Canada on The Comedy Network. On March 10, 2009 a Comedy Central representative confirmed that Chocolate News would not be renewed for a second season.

Warner, will not return for the fourth season, after the network was not pleased with her interaction with the other trainers. The fourth season, which will revamp the show's concept, will mainly feature top fitness model and former army ranger Greg Plitt, who is the only cast member to return from the previous season.
