Speed is a BBC television series about the history of fast vehicles, including aeroplanes, boats and cars. The show is presented by Jeremy Clarkson and consists of six episodes. Each focuses on a different aspect of speed. The series was first shown in the UK on BBC One in 2001, and was subsequently shown to an international audience on BBC World and in Australia on the HOW TO Channel. Jeremy Clarkson's Speed, a video containing an hour of highlights from the series was also released in 2001. The video was released on DVD, as part of The Jeremy Clarkson Collection in 2007.

The sneak peek of the premiere episode was September 25, 2007, with the full series then airing in early November. The series tackles many issues that go on behind the scenes in the wrestling world including drug use, steroid use, and sex. The series gives the public a glimpse of what the lives of pro wrestlers are really like. The series was created by independent filmmaker Greg Hemmings.

Some of the people in the show are the ship's professional crew, while the many are trainees who joined the ship to travel or learn about tall ship sailing. The number of crew when the ship began its voyage from Nova Scotia, Canada, was approximately four dozen.
