The Alyona Show was a current affairs television program hosted by Alyona Minkovski that aired on RT from 2009 to 2012. The show featured in-depth analysis of news stories and also frequently criticizes the mainstream media, national politics in the United States, and the U.S. financial industry.
The show's final edition aired on July 30, 2012, after which Minkovski left RT to join HuffPost Live. Past episodes are still available on the RT website.

The programme is hosted by Jon Sopel who joined the channel from the domestic BBC News Channel. Sopel regularly presents the programme on location around the world and in this case it is broadcast in part on BBC News Channel. the Global replaced The Hub which originally was edition of World News Today and served as a news 'nerve centre' for South Asia and the Middle East, providing both the headlines, and detailed analysis of the global news agenda.
An Là is a Scottish Gaelic-language news programme broadcast on the Gaelic-language channel, BBC Alba. The programme, based at BBC Alba's newsroom in Inverness, began at 8pm on Monday 22 September 2008 and provides a 30-minute bulletin of Scottish, British and international news for Gaelic speakers on weeknights. The Sunday night review programme, composed of highlights from the week's bulletins as well as material from Eòrpa, called Seachd Là, began at 6.30pm on Sunday 28 September 2008.

In 1975, ABC recognized the show's success and decided to adapt MX for a national audience — creating Good Morning America.
