Kaew and Penporn's parents were killed by a bad guy when they were little. After Kaew's escape, she was trained as a fighter by a close friend of her father. After growing up, Kaew returns to her village disguised as a man, wearing a red mask and becomes Nang Singh while she sets out to take revenge against the wrong doers. Thummo is a police officer sent on a mission to kaew's village. He is in charge of arresting Nang Singh and becomes a friend of Kaew in the meanwhile. What's more, Kaew finds herself falling in love with Thummo.

Jason of Star Command is a live action television series by Filmation which ran between 1978 and 1981. The show revolved around the exploits of space adventurer Jason and his colleagues, including Professor E.J. Parsafoot and the pocket robot "Wiki". The show also starred Sid Haig as the evil Dragos, and, in the first season, James Doohan of Star Trek fame. Jason was a spin-off of another Filmation live action show called Space Academy, which starred another sci-fi luminary, Jonathan Harris of Lost in Space fame.

Speed Racer X, known in Japan as Mach Go Go Go, is a remake of the original 1967 series produced by Tatsunoko Production, the same studio that did the original. The show originally aired in Japan in 1997 on TV Tokyo and lasted only 34 episodes of a planned 52. An English language adaptation was later produced by DIC Entertainment and aired in the United States on Nickelodeon's short-lived action block, Slam. This show was abruptly pulled from air due to a lawsuit between DiC and the Santa Monica-based Speed Racer Enterprises, the company which owns the American rights of the franchise.

The series was based on the Serendipity books by Stephen Cosgrove. After a boy is shipwrecked on a deserted island, he finds a pink egg which hatches into the pink dragon Serendipity. The series follows their adventures on the island. A feature-length English dub consisting of episodes from the TV series, directed by Jim Terry, was released on home video in the United States in 1989 by Celebrity Home Entertainment. The boy's name was changed from Kōna to "Bobby" in the English version. The TV series itself has also been aired in France, as Biniky le Dragon Rose, in Italy as Rosaura and in Iran as Serendipity.
