Behroop centres around Kinza and Falak who both belongs to the same extended family. Kinza is a woman with a dual personality, who is happily married to Sohail and lives a lavish lifestyle. On the other side, Falak is a hardworking young woman who has been through a lot. She lost both her parents at a young age and has no one in her life. Her world turns upside down when Kinza interferes in her life by getting her married to her brother-in-law, Taimoor.
