Fueled by hatred, Ching Sau-Hang (Christine Ng), Wan’s lover, marries Hang and ironically becomes Wan’s sister-in-law. Wan falls out with Hang, and opts to live abroad and disconnects from his family.

Subsequent episodes show Betsy's excitement and sense of adventure as she adapts to the new experiences of kindergarten. This show is similar to other PBS Kids shows like Caillou and Clifford the Big Red Dog that cater to an audience of children between the ages of 2-6.

The Kids From C.A.P.E.R. was a Saturday morning live action television comedy series for children, produced by NBC, that aired from September 11, 1976, to November 20, 1976, and resumed from April 9, 1977, to September 3, 1977. The 13 episodes were produced and directed by Stanley Z. Cherry; among the executive producers was rock impresario Don Kirshner. Both Cherry and Kirshner had worked for previous television series; Kirshner notably for the similairly-themed The Monkees. Although the show has not been released on video, there is an LP of most of the songs from the series, released by Kirshner Records and Tapes in 1977. One of the songs from the series, "When It Hit Me" was released as a single. In addition, it was recorded by Rob Hegel for his 1980 album released by RCA. "Tit For Tat," and "Baby Blue" had both been previously released by Neil Sedaka on his 1975 album "Hungry Years."

Creepy Crawlies was a stop motion animation series created by Cosgrove Hall. The series consisted of 52 ten-minute episodes, which were broadcast on Children's ITV between 1987 and 1989. All episodes were written by Peter Reeves and directed by Franc Vose and Brian Little; narration and character voices were provided by Paul Nicholas. The series was based upon the daily goings-on of a group of common invertebrate creatures that lived at the bottom of a garden around an old sundial. And so another bright new day dawns upon the home of the Creepy Crawlies, Mr Harrison the snooty snail, Suppose the lowly red-nosed worm, Ariadne the spider, the irksome woodlouse-come-pill-bug called Anorak, meek Ladybird, Lambeth the brawny-but-brainless beetle and Ancient the aged caterpillar dwell right down at the bottom of the garden, near the shed, on and around an old broken sundial. Classic Cosgrove Hall stop-motion animation.

Ding Dong School, billed as "the nursery school of the air", was a half-hour children's TV show which began on WNBQ-TV in Chicago, Illinois a few months before its four-year run on NBC. A precursor to both Sesame Street and Mister Rogers' Neighborhood, the show was hosted live by Frances Horwich, and at one point was the most popular TV series aimed at preschoolers. The show and its host, Miss Frances, were mentioned in the comic strip Peanuts in 1955 and 1956. The show was revived in 1959 as a syndicated program, now videotaped and distributed by National Telefilm Associates. This iteration ran until 1965. Five NBC kinescoped episodes from 1954-1955 are housed at the Library of Congress, in the J. Fred and Leslie W. MacDonald Collection.

Broadcast in the UK by Five on their early morning pre-school children's segment Milkshake! and also worldwide. The series details the cheerful daily lives and adventures of the Beeps of Beep Island. The Beeps and their world are created by illustrator Malou Bonicos. The show features several notable actors: Timmy Mallett, Dani Harmer, Daniel Peacock, and Tom Baker as the narrator. The show's theme tune and original score is composed by *Gareth Cousins. *Peter Gosling provided the Beep Tree Song featured in every episode. Pikku Kakkonen is an ongoing Finnish magazine-type children's TV show shown on YLE TV2. The first episode aired on January 11, 1977. It finished with a bedtime story read by Lasse Pöysti and an East German Sandman animation, setting the format for hundreds of later episodes. The Pikku Kakkonen show is based in Tampere, and its signature melodies have been made into mobile phone ringing tones. The intro animation by Camilla Mickwitz was made in 1983.

Pogles' Wood was an animated British Children's television series produced by Smallfilms between 1966 and 1967 and screened by the BBC between 1966 and 1968 as part of the Watch with Mother series. The Pogles were tiny country folk who lived in a tree. The four principal characters were Mr Pogle, Mrs Pogle, their 'son' Pippin and a squirrel-like creature, Tog, who was Pippin's playmate. The 32 episodes were shot in stop-frame animation in Peter Firmin's barn or shed.
