STV Rugby was a Scottish regional television programme featuring highlights of RaboDirect Pro12 rugby matches involving Edinburgh Rugby and Glasgow Warriors. The programme, produced by the STV News department in Glasgow, was first broadcast in the 2009/10 season after a deal with the Celtic League Association, Scottish Rugby and STV was reached, following the closure of Setanta Sports in the UK. Magners League rugby returned to STV for the 2010/11 season, under the new name of Sports Centre: Rugby. The STV Rugby brand returned for the 2011/12 season, after Sports Centre was axed. The 2012/2013 season was the last to be covered by STV Rugby.

Power Play is a Canadian public affairs television show which airs weekdays on CTV News Channel. Interviews are conducted with important Canadian political figures as well as political journalists and strategists, and includes a regular segment with CTV's Craig Oliver. The show broadcasts from Parliament Hill and was hosted on a week-by-week basis by various CTVglobemedia journalists, including Jane Taber and Roger Smith, as temporary replacements for the original host Tom Clark upon his departure in September 2010. On November 30, 2010, CTV announced that Don Martin, a newspaper columnist, would become the new host of Power Play starting in mid-December 2010. Power Play is the permanent successor to Mike Duffy Live, which aired until December 2008 when Mike Duffy, the host, was appointed to the Senate of Canada. Following the departure of Duffy, a program called On the Hill, hosted by Graham Richardson, ran for one month until Power Play premiered.

Fox Business Morning was an early morning business newscast that aired on the Fox Business Network from 5-7am Eastern Time. Anchored by Jenna Lee and Connell McShane, it was the first show to be aired on the network when it launched October 15, 2007. Nicole Petallides served as Jenna Lee's original co-anchor before she was replaced with McShane on May 12, 2008. Originally airing as a one-hour program, Fox Business Morning expanded to two hours on May 12, 2008. The second hour of this program replaced the first hour of Money for Breakfast, which in turn, contracted to two hours. Fox Business Morning once again contracted to 1 hour on October 5, 2009 to make way for Imus in the Morning. The show was canceled May 7, 2010 and was replaced by a Best of Imus in the Morning hour at 5am ET, an hour before the live Imus broadcast at 6am ET.

Ombudsman was a Canadian television programme which sought to investigate and resolve disputes between people and government or business systems. When the series began, government ombudsman offices were only available in a few Canadian provinces. The initial Ombudsman episodes began mid-season in January 1974 and were broadcast fortnightly, sharing its Sunday night time slot with In the Present Tense. Beginning with the fall 1974 season, CBC aired the series most weeks. Lawyer Robert M. Cooper was the program's host until 1979 when he shifted his attention to film production. Kathleen Ruff was his successor in the final season. By the time CBC cancelled the series, nearly all Canadian provincial governments had opened ombudsman offices.

Full Frontal Fashion is an American television program of the 2000s that gives complete coverage of designer fashion shows and other aspects of the fashion industry. It has aired on a variety of television channels and cable networks, especially those in the New York City area. Full Frontal Fashion was co-created in 2000 by fashion television newcomer Robert Verdi, who also co-hosted it at the time, with the MSG Metro Channels as its original outlet. Produced in New York, the show was the first of its kind to air complete coverage of runway fashion shows, bringing the exclusive events into American living rooms. At first it only aired during New York Fashion Week, but then expanded coverage to other fashion weeks; after a while it aired around-the-clock on MSG's Metro Stories channel during fashion weeks, and then later it became the only programming on Metro Stories — all fashion, all the time. Channel M News was a regional television news service covering the ten boroughs of Greater Manchester, produced by Channel M, partly in conjunction with the Manchester Evening News. Launched in 2004, Channel M News aired each weekday evening alongside a weekly review programme and occasional documentary specials. Breakfast, lunchtime and late evening news bulletins were also produced throughout the programme's run. Channel M News was produced and broadcast from the station's studios at Urbis and the MEN Media newsroom at Spinningfields in Manchester City Centre. The programme had previously been pre-recorded from small temporary studios in The Triangle shopping centre, The Printworks entertainment complex and Urbis before going live from a new, larger studio at Urbis in May 2006, looking out towards Cathedral Gardens and the Manchester Victoria railway station.
