    Aksyon JournalisMO, roughly translated as "Action: Your Journalism", is the flagship late night news program broadcast by TV5 in the Philippines. It is currently anchored by Paolo Bediones, Cheri Mercado, and Jove Francisco. Simulcast on AksyonTV and on the radio thru 92.3 News FM in Mega Manila, the program is broadcast Monday to Friday from 10:45 p.m. to 11:15 p.m.. The newscast is based on News5's Facebook fan page JournalisMO. In JournalisMO, citizens can express their opinions on the different issues of the country. Aksyon JournalisMO was replaced by Pilipinas News on February 20, 2012.

    5 News is the news programme of British broadcaster Channel 5 produced by ITN from Channel 5's parent company Northern & Shell head office on Lower Thames Street in the City of London. From 1 January 2005, Sky News was awarded the contract to provide the news for Channel 5, replacing ITN, which had provided the channel's news service from the channel's launch in 1997. On 14 February 2011, the service was rebranded back to its original name, 5 News, having been called Five News from 2002 until 2011. On 20 February 2012 the contract returned to original provider ITN. The ITV press centre announced on 2 September 2011 that David Kermode, at-the-time editor, would leave 5 News in order to take up an editorial spot on Daybreak. He was replaced by Geoff Hill.

    i-Balita was the flagship news broadcast of Net 25 in the Philippines, replacing Newsbeat. The show was premiered on December 25, 2007. It is currently anchored by Onin Miranda And Elaine Fuentes. It airs live via satellite through 30-minute newscast, aired at 7:00 AM Philippine time and a 60-minute newscast, aired at 5:30 PM Philippine time. On August 11, 2008, it produced spin-offs in English was premiered as I-News replacing Net 25 World Report and the first in Philippine news program aired in HDTV format through their sister station GEM-TV 49 using ISDB-T digital television standard.     Breakfast is the longest running morning show on Studio 23. It was originally aired on ANC from 1999 to 2001. It is hosted by Atom Araullo, Patty Laurel, Asia Agcaoili and JC Cuadrado. The newscast was broadcast from London, England, and was produced by Independent Television News. A domestic version was also shown in the United Kingdom on terrestrial television. ITN World News began broadcasting on Super Channel, and aired on NBC Europe, Nine Network Australia, Public Broadcasting Service Public television stations and most of the ITV Network Regions. The broadcast began in 1987, and has not been seen on screens since 1999. The newscast was produced by ITN and broadcast from its London Bureau.

The programming was produced in partnership with CBS as a result of the former ownership of both networks by Viacom. It debuted in June 2005, when the channel began broadcasting. In 1999, Bobby Nalzaro left as a national reporter and he departs back to Cebu to be a regional news anchor and became a solo anchor of the newscast until 2006 when Lou-Anne Mae Rodina became anchor with Nalzaro until 2009 when Rose Versoza joined and replaced Rodina.
